Internship Overview
Core Theory Wellness is launching 'goodstack', a wellness brand aimed at individuals who typically don't consider themselves supplement users. Our products include creatine gummies and an electrolyte mix designed for consistent daily energy rather than bodybuilding pursuits. Our target audience is urban Indians aged 20s to mid-40s who lead busy lives and prefer straightforward, friendly, and trustworthy wellness solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce 10-15 polished Instagram Reels monthly, each lasting 30-40 seconds, and appear on camera as a representative face of the goodstack brand.
- Manage the complete content creation lifecycle: research topics, develop compelling hooks and scripts, film high-quality videos, and edit with an emphasis on pacing, captions, B-roll, and engagement-enhancing elements.
- Investigate subjects related to creatine, health, fitness, and consumer branding. Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for ideation and research, while independently verifying all health and supplement information for accuracy.
- Select appropriate Reel styles such as talking head, voiceover, green screen, or demonstrations, and apply fitting scripting frameworks including educational content, rankings, myth-busting, reactions, and comparisons.

- Must be available to work remotely and commit to a 3-month internship starting between August 14, 2026, and September 18, 2026.
- Possess the relevant skills, interests, and a strong command of English for spoken and written communication.

Additional Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in shooting and editing short-form videos, with 2-3 personal examples to share.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels and confidence in using AI-assisted research and scripting tools.

- Ability to work autonomously with provided guidance on topics and direction.
