About the Internship
This internship offers the opportunity to engage in content creation and social media marketing focused on options trading. The intern will craft and polish blog articles explaining complex trading concepts such as Greeks, implied volatility, straddles, and spread strategies in an accessible manner tailored for retail traders. Additionally, they will optimize content for search engines by improving keywords, meta descriptions, internal links, and readability.
Beyond content, the role involves managing customer inquiries through chat, email, and communities to help users maximize the platform's trading tools. The intern will oversee social media channels including Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn by preparing and sharing updates about market trends, product features, and trading tips. Staying updated on options market developments is essential to deliver accurate and informed communications. Collaboration with product and trading teams is expected to convert technical information into engaging content for the trader audience.
