Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on founders, startups, entrepreneurs, and market trends to uncover relevant content opportunities.
- Spot and develop engaging stories, trending themes, and viral social media content ideas.
- Conceptualize and write eye-catching hooks, scripts, captions, and video ideas for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create platform-specific posts and collaborate with video editors to bring content ideas to life.
- Analyze competitor content strategies and successful formats to inform improvements.
- Keep track of trending memes, cultural moments, and adapt them into brand-appropriate content.
- Help design and implement content plans in line with overarching brand objectives.
- Monitor content performance metrics, assess audience engagement, and leverage insights to optimize future content development.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a strong grasp of social media channels and current content trends.
- Exhibit excellent writing ability alongside proficient communication and research skills.
- Capable of pinpointing captivating stories and crafting compelling hooks.
- Understand storytelling principles, audience psychology, and methods to boost engagement.
- Display creativity, curiosity, and meticulous attention to details.
