This six-month full-time, in-office position based in Bangalore is crafted for individuals enthusiastic about storytelling, visual content creation, and education technology, particularly within the SAP training and emerging technology sectors.
Role Responsibilities
- Design engaging reels, shorts, and static posts tailored for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Develop hook-driven educational content and narrative-based video reels, including face-cam videos or AI-generated voice-overs if preferred.
- Utilize tools such as Canva, VN/InShot, CapCut, and Adobe Suite to produce polished and captivating materials.
- Transform training material into short video clips with captions and dynamic transitions.
- Edit workshop videos on SAP topics, creating concise 30-60 second reels.
- Incorporate trendy transitions, subtitles, emojis, and icons to enhance viewer engagement.
- Create high-quality thumbnails and cover designs optimized for search engine visibility.
- Maintain a content posting schedule of 3-4 times per week across all channels.
- Collaborate with the team to amplify followers, interactions, and shares via innovative content hooks.
- Schedule and manage posts using social media management tools like Meta Business Suite or Buffer.
- Produce promotional reels for upcoming SAP demo sessions and course launches.
- Feature testimonials, trainer introductions, student feedback, and training highlights.
- Conceive marketing campaigns centered on SAP trends, learner achievements, tech news, and memes.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT for drafting captions, hooks, and scripts.
- Employ AI platforms like Midjourney, Pika Labs, and Eleven Labs to enhance content quality.
- Integrate interactive features like polls, countdowns, and behind-the-scenes glimpses.
- Coordinate closely with marketing leadership and operations to align with launch timelines.
- Monitor weekly content analytics and suggest optimization strategies.
- Organize digital assets with consistent naming conventions and folder structures.
