Join Positive Emotions Lab LLP Ltd as a part-time intern based in Mumbai to assist in managing community interactions and crafting engaging content. The company specializes in developing and managing online video meetup platforms designed to promote virtual social interactions and emotional well-being worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging multimedia content including on-site reels, behind-the-scenes footage, and highlight clips; contribute to writing compelling captions and storylines for social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
• Complete training to serve as an official E-Socialize Mediator in tournament sessions.
• Facilitate participant interaction by greeting attendees, initiating icebreaker activities, leading energizing warm-ups, and maintaining high session energy during live events including E-Socialize and EQ Cup.
• Assist in managing live event operations such as supporting tournament challenges, overseeing voting processes, conducting attendee check-ins, and managing Zoom session recordings.
• Promote community and campus engagement by generating excitement among college networks, organizing registration processes, sending reminders, and following up with attendees.

Candidate Eligibility

• Availability for part-time internship starting between 30th September 2026 and 4th November 2026.
• Commitment for a duration of 1 month.
• Relevant abilities and interest in content creation, social media, and community facilitation.

Skills & Preferences

• Proficiency in social media marketing and video editing.
• Creative writing and video production capabilities.
• Strong cinematography and editing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication talents favored.

Additional Information

• Stipend offered: INR 2,000 monthly.
• Working days: 5 days per week.
• Dress code is casual and informal.
• Certificate will be awarded upon completion.
