CMA Articleship Internship

Overview

Gaurav Gada & Associates is a chartered accountancy firm specializing in accounting, GST, income tax, audits, and financial services. We are offering a 12-month full-time articleship internship for CMA aspirants located in select cities around Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and filing GST returns such as GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Manage preparation and submission of income tax returns (ITR).
• Calculate Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), perform related filings, and reconcile returns.
• Maintain bookkeeping and input accounting entries using Tally or ERP software.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and perform detailed ledger reviews.
• Support both statutory and internal auditing processes.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements including balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.
• Reconcile GST credit notes (GST 2B) with accounting records.
• Draft responses to notices related to income tax and GST.
• Ensure proper maintenance of compliance documentation and records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Internship start date should be between 16th August 2026 and 20th September 2026.
• Willingness and ability to commit to a 12-month internship period.
• Applicants should be residing in Thane, Mumbai, Virar, Vashi, Nala Sopara, Goregaon Kh, Bandra, or Panvel.
• Possess relevant skills and a keen interest in the field.

Additional Information

• Interns will receive a monthly stipend ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹20,000.
• Offers include a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful conclusion of the internship.
