Channel Development Intern - Full Time Contract

About the Internship

This role involves identifying and establishing partnerships with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firms, call centers, recruitment agencies, and staffing companies. The intern will be responsible for creating and managing a comprehensive database of potential partners, conducting outreach to introduce collaboration opportunities, and assessing partner capabilities including workforce size and locations. They will present the partnership model, generate leads through various methods such as cold calling and research, and conduct follow-ups to onboard interested partners. Maintaining meticulous records of interactions and coordinating internally to facilitate onboarding are crucial responsibilities.

Who Can Apply

Candidates eligible for this internship must be available for an in-office full-time role in Bangalore, able to commence between October 16, 2026, and November 20, 2026, and committed to a six-month duration. Applicants should possess relevant skills and interests aligned with the role.

Compensation and Benefits

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 20,000 to 23,000. Additional perks include a certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, a five-day workweek, informal dress code, and complimentary snacks and beverages.
