About the Internship
This internship focuses on managing cafe operations and providing excellent guest service in a hospitality setting. Interns are responsible for ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, measured through net promoter scores (NPS) and direct feedback, while also maintaining operational accuracy and serving as brand ambassadors.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction by monitoring loyalty metrics and gathering direct guest feedback.
- Handle transactions and cash accurately using the POS system for smooth financial operations.
- Represent and uphold the brand's core values and visual identity during all guest interactions.
- Maintain the front-of-house area both aesthetically and functionally to create a welcoming environment for customers.
Who Can Apply
Candidates eligible for this internship must be available for full-time in-office work, able to start between 25th September and 30th October 2026, and commit to the 3-month duration. Applicants should have skills and interests relevant to hospitality management and guest relations.
