About the Internship
This internship offers a practical opportunity to expand knowledge beyond standard finance tasks. The CA Intern will collaborate directly with the Head of Accounts Payable, gaining deep insights into procure-to-pay (P2P) operations, strengthening process efficiency, governance, data analytics, and finance transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine and sustain comprehensive standard operating procedures for the end-to-end P2P cycle covering procurement and payment activities.
- Create and oversee executive dashboards that monitor cycle durations, vendor performance, and payment precision.
- Ensure strict adherence to financial control frameworks, regulatory compliance, and audit protocols across procurement transactions.
- Manage P2P data management and transaction processing within ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
- Implement automated technological solutions to minimize manual intervention and accelerate processing timelines.
- Analyze payable and procurement datasets to provide actionable recommendations aimed at optimizing working capital.

Additional Requirements
- Currently pursuing CA Articleship or Industrial Training.
- Strong understanding of P2P processes and internal audit practices.
- Experience with a Big Four accounting firm is preferred.
- Exposure to Navision / Business Central ERP platforms is advantageous.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Compensation and Perks
- Monthly stipend between INR 40,000 and INR 50,000.
