About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in conducting comprehensive market and business research within a technology-enabled impact accelerator focused primarily on Environment, Energy & Sustainability sectors, among others.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed market research covering market sizing, growth trends, customer segmentation, and industry news.
- Analyze competitors' offerings, pricing, positioning, and their competitive advantages and shortcomings.
- Gather and evaluate business intelligence from trusted sources to spot strategic opportunities.
- Study industry developments, regulations, technological shifts, and economic influences affecting growth.
- Research and identify potential clients, partners, target businesses, and pivotal decision makers.
- Collect and validate data from company reports, surveys, websites, and various market research tools ensuring accuracy.
- Use analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Prepare comprehensive reports including research findings, competitor profiles, and presentations for management.
- Identify new market opportunities, business segments, expansion prospects, and strategic alliances.
- Deliver research-based insights to aid strategic decisions across management, sales, marketing, and business development.
- Maintain and update databases and research archives routinely.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand their research needs and deliver insights within set timelines.
