About the internship
Internship Overview
The Innovation Story invites enthusiastic and driven individuals to join as Sales Interns, where you will gain hands-on experience managing client relationships and contributing to sales efforts. This role offers active participation in lead generation, client correspondence, and supporting the sales division to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospective customers via calls and follow-ups.
- Identify, generate, and evaluate potential sales leads.
- Clearly communicate product and service offerings to clients.
- Arrange meetings for the sales team to engage with clients.
- Maintain and update client information within the CRM system.
- Develop and sustain effective relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with B.E/B.Tech degree.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation capabilities.
- Confident and persuasive during customer interactions.
- Fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
- Self-driven with eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
Work Schedule and Location
- Based in Bandra, Mumbai for an onsite internship.
- Six working days per week, off on 2nd and 4th Saturdays plus all Sundays.
Eligibility Criteria
This internship is open exclusively to candidates who can commit to full-time, in-office work, are residents of Mumbai, start between August 24, 2026, and September 28, 2026, are available for the full three-month duration, and possess relevant skills and interests in the field.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 12,000 to INR 15,000.
