About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in business development within a leading diversified conglomerate operating across various sectors including finance, infrastructure, real estate, mining, manufacturing, and logistics. Interns will contribute to efforts aimed at expanding client acquisition and exploring new markets, supporting the growth aspirations of the Bharath Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients, target markets, and new avenues for business expansion.
- Assist in lead generation activities and perform comprehensive data research to update and maintain client databases accurately.
- Help prepare business proposals, presentations, and essential documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure follow-ups and fulfillment of client needs.
- Execute additional business development tasks as assigned by management to support organizational goals.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in BCom, BBA, MBA, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for sales, marketing, and driving business growth.
- Capability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
