This internship offers an opportunity to engage with potential MBA aspirants by managing and converting leads from multiple sources including CRM systems, the company website, WhatsApp, marketing campaigns, walk-ins, webinars, masterclasses, and referrals. Responsibilities include making outbound calls promptly to prospective and existing leads, comprehending students' academic goals, preparation levels, target exams, desired colleges, and financial capabilities. Continuous follow-ups with interested, undecided, or previously engaged students are essential to maximize conversions.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants should be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between 21st September 2026 and 26th October 2026, lasting a total of six months. Suitable candidates will possess relevant skills and interests pertinent to sales and communication. Fresh graduates seeking job opportunities are welcome to apply.
Stipend and Incentives
The stipend ranges from ₹11,000 to ₹18,000 per month, which includes a fixed pay of ₹10,000 and an additional incentive pay between ₹1,000 and ₹8,000 monthly. Upon successful completion and conversion to a permanent position, the annual salary offered will be ₹360,000.
