Role Overview and Daily Tasks
As a Business Development Intern focused on sales, you will engage prospective students primarily through calls, WhatsApp, and multiple communication channels. Your key responsibilities will include following up with leads, explaining course advantages, assisting with enrollment and payment queries, staying informed about updates and new courses, and diligently maintaining lead records in the CRM system.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Vikhroli West, Mumbai.
- Internship duration is 6 months, starting between October 30, 2026, and December 4, 2026.
- Applicants should possess strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Knowledge of computers and basic MS Excel is necessary.
- Eagerness to learn sales strategies and target-oriented work approach.
- Freshers, students, and women seeking to start or resume their careers are encouraged to apply.
- BTech students and those pursuing data analytics are preferred.
- Must have a functional laptop in good condition for the internship.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 17,000 to 29,000, split into a fixed pay component (₹15,000 - 25,000) and performance-based incentives (₹2,000 - 4,000).
- Possibility of full-time employment with an annual salary between ₹300,000 and 600,000 upon successful conversion.
