Business Development Intern (Sales) – Remote

Internship Overview

This role offers hands-on exposure to sales and business development within the emerging Web3 domain. Podha Protocol, a recognized leader in digital asset yield management, seeks driven interns to help expand its client base and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic growth plans to attract new clients, partners, and investors in the Web3 ecosystem.
• Proactively identify and connect with prospective leads through networking, community forums, social platforms, and industry events.
• Establish and maintain robust links with protocols, investment funds, DAOs, and prominent crypto influencers.
• Analyze client requirements and effectively communicate Podha's value propositions and yield generation methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize proposals, marketing content, and presentation materials.
• Monitor and assess sales metrics, delivering insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as Podha’s ambassador at Web3 conferences, digital spaces, and ecosystem gatherings to enhance brand recognition.
• Collect and transmit market intelligence and customer feedback to optimize product positioning and offerings.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be available to work remotely for the entire 6-month internship period.
• Availability to commence between September 21, 2026, and October 26, 2026.
• Possess relevant skills and interests aligned with sales and business development in Web3.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹8,000.
• Certificate of completion and letter of recommendation provided at the internship end.
