OJAS NOVA LLP, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is searching for a motivated, analytical, and proactive intern to join the Founder's Office for a six-month full-time position. This internship offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with executive leadership, aiding in operations and spearheading efforts to expand international trade initiatives. The role will provide hands-on experience in startup business processes, global trade operations, and complex problem-solving.
Primary Responsibilities
- Carry out focused market research to pinpoint potential international buyers, distributors, and trade collaborators.
- Support sales growth by helping with outreach activities and proposal writing.
- Create and manage detailed operational trackers and spreadsheets to monitor procurement, dispatch scheduling, and documentation tasks.
- Assist management by preparing presentations, handling business correspondence, compiling data, and conducting strategic ad hoc research.
- Work alongside vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams to resolve execution challenges efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed or pursuing a Bachelor's degree or MBA.
- Proficient with MS Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas, data filtering, and keeping organized tracking records.
- Experience using PowerPoint to develop presentations.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, professional in tone.
- A strong sense of ownership, organized work habits, eagerness to learn, and capability to operate under direct supervision of executives.

Compensation and Benefits
