This position offers hands-on experience in business development within an IT service firm specializing in SAP technology deployment, support, and expansions. Interns will engage directly with potential clients, primarily students, to guide them in course selections aligned with their career ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain communication with prospective students to understand their career objectives.
- Offer detailed guidance and counseling regarding available courses.
- Manage leads and customer contact through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
- Consistently follow up with interested candidates to nurture their interest and provide updated information.
- Clarify course structures, benefits, and enrollment procedures clearly to potential learners.
- Keep accurate records of leads and update sales trackers regularly.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to meet outlined sales goals.
