Internship Responsibilities

• Advise students in selecting programs that align with their objectives and requirements.
• Analyze student behavior, resolve concerns, cultivate trust, and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Manage CRM platforms, monitor leads, and ensure prompt follow-ups.
• Detect points where potential customers drop out in the sales funnel and apply tactics to enhance conversion rates.
• Assist enrolled students by supporting the Learning Management System (LMS) and other tools provided by the company.
• Evaluate business outcomes, interpret findings, and pinpoint growth prospects.
• Work closely with the founder to gain insights into sales, marketing, customer experience, and overall business functions.
• Comprehend customer needs and decision-making behaviors to boost engagement and conversions.
• Participate in enhancing business workflows and elevating customer experience.
• Accept increasing levels of responsibility to support business expansion goals as expertise and performance advance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Should be able to commence the internship anytime between October 13, 2026, and November 17, 2026.
• Availability for a continuous period of three months.
• Possess relevant skills and interests aligned with the role.

Additional Details

• The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 15,000.
• Interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
• Flexible working hours are provided to accommodate intern needs.
