This internship opportunity involves engaging with potential clients to understand and address their unsecured debt challenges, including credit card dues, personal loans, and BNPL obligations. Interns will represent Settle Pro Private Limited, a technology-driven legal and financial services provider dedicated to making debt resolution transparent, ethical, and accessible.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain communication with prospects through calls and follow-ups to comprehend their debt situations.
- Clarify Settle Pro's service offerings and assist clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Oversee lead management and nurture prospects to enhance client conversion rates and engagement.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships by delivering timely support.
- Collaborate closely with legal and operations teams to ensure seamless servicing of clients.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of client communications and follow-ups using Google Sheets.
- Encourage referrals and actively contribute to the company's growth efforts.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting six months.
- Internship start date should be between August 14, 2026, and September 19, 2026.

Compensation and Benefits

- On converting to a permanent role, employees can expect an annual salary of INR 200,000.
