Internship Overview

This full-time, in-office internship in Kolkata is designed for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in business development with a focus on influencer outreach. Candidates will be responsible for identifying and connecting with social media influencers to promote Globussoft's products and enhance brand visibility across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate and vet relevant influencers and content creators on major social media networks.
• Engage influencers through direct messages, emails, phone calls, and other communication channels.
• Present product and collaboration proposals effectively to influencers.
• Develop and nurture ongoing relationships with influencers and creators.
• Negotiate terms, deliverables, and financial aspects of partnerships.
• Coordinate to ensure timely content production and campaign rollout.
• Maintain records of interactions, partnerships, and campaign outcomes.
• Conduct research on influencer audience demographics, engagement, and content suitability.
• Update and manage a database of prospective influencer collaborators.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to meet outreach goals.
• Innovate new influencer marketing strategies to boost product promotion.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Preferred bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related disciplines.
• 0-2 years experience in business development, influencer marketing, sales, creator outreach, or digital marketing; freshers with strong communication skills and social media interest are encouraged.
• Proficient knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Confidence in initiating contact and engaging with influencers and content creators.
• Good negotiation skills and capacity to build professional relationships.
• Goal-driven with commitment to consistent follow-ups.
• Creative eye for suitable influencer matches per product line.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
