Internship Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience in business analytics with a focus on financial and management reporting using tools such as Power BI and Excel. The selected intern will contribute to building dashboards, generating performance reports, and automating reporting processes to assist in informed business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain finance and management dashboards using Power BI.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
- Compile monthly and periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Manage databases related to financial and business benchmarks.
- Create automated reporting tools leveraging Excel.
- Conduct trend and variance analysis to identify business insights.
- Consolidate data and validate reports for accuracy.
- Provide management with insights to support financial decisions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated skills in data analysis and visualization.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Power Query, and DAX for dashboard creation.
- Experience in financial analysis and MIS reporting.
- Advanced MS Excel abilities, including automation and reporting functions.
- Understanding of variance analysis and business performance metrics.
