The role involves merging content creation, marketing strategies, AI-driven tools, and growth tactics to engage and expand the Bengali devotional community.
Role Overview
The Bengali Growth & Content Operations Intern will contribute to curating and delivering devotional content tailored for the Bengali community. Ideal candidates should be deeply familiar with Bengali language and culture, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for digital content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You will utilize AI technologies to enhance content quality and outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on Bengali devotional customs, festivals, relevant creators, and audience preferences.
- Develop creative advertisements, scripts, reels, and novel content ideas for social media engagement.
- Localize and adapt content to ensure cultural relevance and resonance with Bengali viewers.
- Leverage AI software to produce videos, voiceovers, subtitles, graphics, and other promotional materials.
- Assist with daily content publication and streamline operational processes.
- Collaborate with design, video production, and marketing units to implement campaign strategies.
- Discover and test new growth possibilities via content experiments and analyze audience insights.
- Monitor the effectiveness of content and campaigns, offering data-based recommendations for enhancement.
Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in Bengali reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory.
- Strong cultural literacy regarding Bengali traditions and devotional practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, creative storytelling, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Interest and experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Veo, ElevenLabs, and Canva.
- Active engagement with digital social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Self-motivated, organized, and open to experimenting with new content approaches.
- Encouragement extended to fresh graduates and current students.
