About the internship
About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing test cases focused on web applications. You will work on automating tests using Selenium paired with Java. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define, create, and implement comprehensive testing strategies. You will also be responsible for identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects, ensuring the scope of test coverage aligns with industry best practices such as functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing test automation frameworks and continuous integration workflows. Staying informed about the latest developments and tools in the testing domain, including emerging technologies like Agentic AI, is encouraged.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants should be available for a full-time, in-office internship located in Mumbai. The internship start date must fall between 11th September 2026 and 16th October 2026, with a commitment to a six-month duration. Candidates need to possess relevant skills and interests, preferably enrolled as Computer Science Engineering students.
Compensation and Benefits
The internship stipend ranges from INR 10,000 to INR 100,001 per month. A certificate of completion will be provided upon successful completion of the internship.
Additional Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of Java programming.
- Basic understanding of Selenium for test automation.
- Capability to create and maintain detailed test cases.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agility frameworks like Agile methodologies.
- Experience or comfort working with version control tools such as GitHub or GitLab.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive attitude demonstrating eagerness to learn and strong ownership of assigned responsibilities.
