About the internship
Internship Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience auditing audio recordings to ensure high-quality data for Voice AI and conversational technologies. You will be responsible for scrutinizing audio tasks, maintaining adherence to quality standards, and collaborating with teams to enhance output.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and audit audio recording tasks for accuracy and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with established quality benchmarks and guidelines.
- Spot inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize workflows and deliverables.
- Develop and refine quality assessment parameters and benchmarks.
- Complete a minimum of 50 hours of audio annotation.
Candidate Requirements
- Access to good quality earphones or headphones for clear audio evaluation.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in written English with excellent reading comprehension.
- Quick learner with an ability to adapt to evolving quality frameworks.
- Background in computer science is preferred but not mandatory.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high accountability expectations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be able to work remotely from home.

Additional Information
