This role allows an enthusiastic individual to cultivate expertise in communication, coordination, time management, and Adobe Photoshop within a dynamic film production environment based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Director in the planning and execution of film shoots.
• Manage scheduling and logistics coordination for actors and crew members.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Contribute to editing and post-production processes leveraging Adobe Photoshop skills.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure production operations run seamlessly.
• Build and sustain positive interpersonal relationships within the team.
• Assist with organizing and overseeing various on-set activities during film productions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Mumbai.
• The internship start date should be between August 16, 2026, and October 7, 2026.
• Candidates must commit to the full four-month internship duration.
• Relevant skills and passion for the film industry are essential.
• Encouragement for women seeking to begin or resume their careers and fresh graduates entering the job market.

Stipend and Benefits

• A monthly stipend of ₹4000 will be provided.
• On successful conversion to a full-time employee, an annual salary ranging from ₹200,000 to ₹200,001 is expected.
• Additional perks include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, an informal dress code, and potential job offers.
