About the Internship

This internship position involves assisting architects in various facets of architectural design and project support. Interns will contribute to the development of design concepts, creation and modification of 2D drawings and 3D models, site visit documentation, and preparation of construction details. Further responsibilities include researching architectural materials and finishes, assembling presentation and material boards, and supporting coordination efforts with other project stakeholders such as consultants and contractors. Interns will also engage in ongoing design meetings to grasp the comprehensive process of architectural projects from sketches to final executed spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Support architects in developing conceptual ideas and presentations
• Prepare and modify architectural drawings including plans, sections, and elevations
• Create 3D visual models and simple renderings to illustrate design intent
• Participate in site visits to assist with measurements and documentation
• Help compile working drawings and detailed construction documents
• Research and select appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes
• Design and prepare mood and material boards alongside presentation sheets
• Assist in managing communication with consultants, vendors, and contractors
• Update drawings based on project feedback and discussions
• Organize project documentation and maintain drawing archives
• Attend design sessions and meetings to understand project development stages
• Learn the transition from initial sketches to tangible design outputs

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, onsite internship
• Availability to start anytime between September 26 and October 31, 2026
• Commitment to a six-month internship duration
• Candidates must reside in Vadodara
• Relevant skills in architectural design and interest in the field are essential

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to INR 10,000

Additional Information

• Successful interns who convert to full-time employees can expect a salary between INR 250,000 and INR 350,000 per annum
