This role involves a 5-month full-time, on-location internship based in Bangalore at Revolutionary Groups, a company specializing in sales consulting for small and medium enterprises. The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 6,000 to 8,000 and includes perks such as a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, and a casual dress code.
Key Responsibilities
- Dedicate the initial week to grasp the overall internship framework, assigned tasks, project timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Effectively comprehend each intern's assignments and ensure their timely completion within stipulated deadlines.
- Collaborate with and mentor fellow interns by providing guidance and clarifying daily tasks.
- Track the development of ongoing projects while keeping detailed records of completed and outstanding work.
- Evaluate submitted work from interns to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain regular communication with interns regarding their assignments, progress, and deliverables.
- Identify any delays or challenges and promptly report these issues to the relevant teams.
- Document each intern's performance and progress throughout the internship period.
- Conduct a comprehensive final assessment of each intern's work to conclude the internship.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be able to commit to full-time, on-site participation.
- Applicants should be available to commence the internship between October 5 and November 9, 2026.
- Applicants must be able to dedicate themselves for the full 5-month duration of the internship.
- Possession of relevant skills and a genuine interest in the field is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate availability to start the internship is preferred.
- Candidates with strong knowledge and understanding of architectural principles and tools are encouraged to apply.
- Proactive, responsible individuals comfortable taking ownership of their assigned tasks will receive preference.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for architectural drafting and design.
- Competency in Adobe Illustrator for graphic and visual presentations.
- Experience with Autodesk Revit, Google SketchUp, and Autodesk 3ds Max for 3D modeling and architectural visualization.
