AI Operations and Event Management Intern

Internship Overview

We invite enthusiastic and digitally adept interns to contribute to our AI-driven initiatives spanning across software and website enhancements, internal system improvements, digital newsroom activities, video editing, social media campaigns, performance marketing, and core business operations.

The internship work allocation is approximately 60-70% focused on AI and digital projects and 30-40% on event management responsibilities. This role provides hands-on experience by engaging in live projects coupled with specialized training and certification sessions alongside our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to assist in research, content creation, reporting, and routine business operations while developing refined prompts and efficient workflows.
• Support software and website updates including webpages, forms, dashboards, and internal tools employing AI-assisted methods under supervision.
• Conduct testing of website and software enhancements on various devices, document bugs or usability concerns, and ensure follow-up on necessary improvements.
• Aid digital newsroom operations by performing topic research, verifying sources, drafting and editing content with AI assistance, and publishing authorized content.
• Create and edit videos, reels, event advertisements, and newsroom materials powered by AI, incorporating captions, subtitles, and visual elements. Utilize AI to design social media posts and organize content calendars for our brands and events.
• Assist in performance marketing campaigns by crafting advertising copies, varying creatives, coordinating campaigns, reporting, and analyzing leads, conversions, and ad costs under guidance.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, project trackers, and documentation, and contribute to streamlining repetitive processes through automation.
• Manage event listings on platforms such as AllEvents, BookMyShow, and District, ensuring precise calendar maintenance and listing data.
• Handle ticket sales updates, attendee registrations, manage inbound communications from participants, and coordinate effectively with volunteers, moderators, and speakers.
• Support event communications, design basic visual content using Canva, and assist in on-site conference operations, including accompanying company founders to select multi-city events.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Malad West, Mumbai.
• The internship start window is between October 7, 2026 and November 11, 2026, with a commitment to a 6-month duration.
• Candidates should possess relevant skills and a keen interest aligned with the role.
• Applicants must be residents of Mumbai.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience or comfort with AI tools and eagerness to learn emerging digital workflows.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, strong attention to detail, and methodical work habits.
• Ability to verify AI-generated content and follow through on assigned tasks till completion.
• Familiarity with spreadsheet applications, no-code platforms, website management, or basic programming is considered an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹7,000 to ₹9,500 comprising a fixed component of ₹6,000-8,000 and incentives between ₹1,000-1,500.
