FrancePrep Academy is a cutting-edge French EdTech platform designed to simplify the academic, administrative, and career onboarding processes for international students moving to France. The platform offers automated step-by-step guidance, interactive preparatory courses, and essential integration tools that cover visa procedures, social security, housing, banking, and academic readiness.

Internship Role and Responsibilities

The intern will be engaged in multiple facets to drive content strategy and growth:

Utilize advanced AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini combined with sophisticated prompt engineering to create, organize, and write comprehensive educational modules, detailed guides, and checklists tailored for international students.
Refine and adapt AI-generated material to ensure clarity, accuracy, user-friendly delivery, and polished English communication.
Plan and prepare organic social media content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, such as educational carousels, infographics, video scripts, and inspiring student success narratives.
Actively participate in online student forums and study-abroad communities to boost brand awareness and interaction.
Develop, verify, and expand prospect lists targeting international mobility officers and university coordinators as part of B2B and B2C outreach efforts.
Design and implement tailored cold email campaigns leveraging AI workflows and initiate partnership talks with academic institutions and overseas study agencies.
Conduct market research and benchmark educational content, monitor current trends in international education and French administrative procedures, ensuring the course catalog stays up to date.
Manage content calendars, lead tracking databases, and workflow tools using platforms such as Notion, Google Sheets, and Airtable; monitor key performance metrics; and provide weekly progress reporting.

Candidate Eligibility and Additional Expectations

Candidates must be able to work remotely from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM Indian Standard Time (to align with European Central Time). The internship duration is three months with a start date between mid-August and mid-September 2026. Women restarting or starting their careers are especially encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is ambitious, technologically adept, and thrives in a dynamic startup environment.

Required Expertise and Tools

Expertise in advanced AI prompt engineering is essential, including the ability to use structured prompts and effectively humanize AI outputs. Exceptional command of English, strong copywriting abilities, and familiarity with digital collaboration platforms like Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, and design tools such as Canva or Figma are expected.

Stipend and Benefits

The monthly stipend ranges from INR 5,000 to 6,000, consisting of a fixed component of INR 2,000 to 3,000 and an additional INR 3,000 incentive.
