Internship Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking motivated Admission Sales Counselors to assist with student enrollments by engaging with prospective candidates, understanding their career objectives, and guiding them throughout the admissions journey.

• Reach out and follow up with potential candidates using provided digital leads.
• Convert prospective candidates into completed applications effectively.
• Respond to applicant inquiries with accurate information regarding programs.
• Keep detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and application conversions within the CRM system.
• Arrange regular follow-up communications to maintain lead engagement.
• Meet or surpass designated targets and conversion goals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available to work from home and able to begin between September 30, 2026, and November 4, 2026.
• Commitment to the full 2-month internship period is required.
• Relevant skills and interests in sales and communication are essential.
• Candidates should NOT be currently pursuing any academic education.
• Fresh graduates seeking job opportunities are welcome to apply.

Compensation and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranges from ₹13,000 to ₹20,000, including fixed pay from ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 and incentives between ₹5,000 and ₹10,000.
• Flexible working hours with a 5-day workweek.
• Certificate of completion and letter of recommendation provided.
• Potential for a job offer with an annual salary between ₹300,000 and ₹450,000 upon successful conversion to a full-time employee.
