Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and records, ensuring accuracy and highlighting inconsistencies.
- Monitor routine operational duties, keep status logs current, and coordinate follow-ups with colleagues.
- Organize both digital and physical documentation for easy access and timely updates.
- Assist in compiling summaries, reports, and presentations by collecting relevant data and verifying numerical details.
- Support the coordination of meetings by managing schedules, preparing necessary materials, recording action items, and monitoring progress.
- Respond to standard administrative queries, direct requests appropriately, and manage outstanding and completed responses efficiently.
- Detect recurring issues in data or procedures and provide constructive feedback to improve team processes and record accuracy.
