Overview
Join Avenue E-Commerce Limited, the digital arm of Avenue Supermarts Limited's flagship brand, as an Accounts intern based in Hyderabad. This 6-month full-time onsite internship offers a hands-on opportunity to engage deeply with core accounting functions, supporting financial operations within a dynamic e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting tasks including managing payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, ledger updating, and other related accounting entries.
- Maintain the petty cash register along with proper supporting documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Facilitate timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end account closures.
- Utilize working knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP software, and internet applications to support accounting activities and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Head Office for the preparation and submission of accounts and finance reports.
- Prepare detailed trackers and management information system (MIS) reports related to accounts and taxation.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants should be fresh graduates preferably from the 2025 or 2026 batch.
- No prior professional work experience is required; freshers are encouraged.
- Must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in any specialization.
- Availability for a full-time, in-office internship based in Hyderabad for the entire 6-month period.
- Ability to commence internship between September 11, 2026, and October 16, 2026.
- Possess relevant skills including proficiency in MS Office, accounting fundamentals, Tally, MS Excel, and written English communication.
Compensation and Perks
- A monthly stipend ranging from INR 15,000 to 17,000 will be provided.
