This internship offers the opportunity to engage directly with top-tier clients to understand their hiring needs and nurture professional relationships. You will collaborate closely with the company's founding team to grasp the essentials of account management and gradually take on more responsibilities. Your daily duties will include participating in client meetings to capture needs, managing follow-ups, and coordinating recruitment activities like candidate submissions, interviews, and onboarding processes. Maintaining accurate records of client discussions, job openings, and commitments will be essential, as will providing timely updates to clients and addressing any issues proactively.
