About the Internship
This internship involves creating precise and detailed 3D models for product design using Blender or equivalent software. The intern will transform concepts, sketches, and design briefs into high-quality 3D representations, ensuring they retain accurate proportions, aesthetics, and intended functionality.
Part of the role includes preparing models optimized for FDM 3D printing, focusing on correct wall thickness, durability, smooth surfaces, and functional components. Deliverables include error-free, watertight STL files ready for production.
Additionally, the intern will produce refined GLB files with appropriate textures, colors, and materials for website presentations. This includes addressing feedback, resolving any geometry issues, and organizing all final files including STL, GLB, and editable source formats for production use.

Additional Requirements
- Strong skills in Blender or similar 3D modelling tools with a demonstrated portfolio of detailed and functional models.
- Good understanding of FDM 3D printing constraints, including making print-ready, watertight, and tolerance-compliant models.
- Ability to work autonomously by referencing visuals and iteratively improve work based on feedback.
Compensation and Benefits
The stipend ranges from ₹6000 to ₹10000 per month, composed of a fixed component (₹5000 to ₹7500) and an incentive component (₹1000 to ₹2500). On successful conversion to full-time employment, the expected salary is between ₹200000 and ₹240000 annually.
