Role Overview

This internship provides the opportunity to develop and produce high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual storytelling content tailored for digital campaigns, advertisements, and social media platforms. Interns will utilize AI-assisted tools alongside traditional animation techniques to create engaging animated characters, scenes, and compositions according to provided creative briefs.

Key Responsibilities

Create compelling 2D animations, explainer videos, advertisements, and social media visuals from creative concepts.
Design and animate characters, illustrations, transitions, and sequences for marketing initiatives.
Develop storyboards and visual drafts to effectively translate scripts into animations.
Apply classical animation principles such as timing, spacing, squash and stretch, and staging.
Animate diverse elements including typography, logos, and graphical assets for digital use.
Leverage AI-driven animation tools to enhance creativity and production efficiency.
Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
Edit and polish animated videos using industry-standard software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Ensure uniformity of design elements including character style, colors, and typography throughout projects.
Adapt animation outputs for multiple digital platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, websites, and online advertisements.
Experiment with emerging AI and motion design technologies to refine workflow and output quality.
Engage in internal learning sessions to acquire skills in cutting-edge animation, motion graphics, and AI-assisted production methods.

Applicant Eligibility

Must be available to work from home.
Should be able to commence the internship between August 12 and September 16, 2026.
Commitment for a six-month period is required.
Relevant skills and interests in 2D animation and related fields are necessary.
Open to women who wish to start or restart their careers and also to freshers seeking job experience.

Qualifications and Preferences

Preferred candidates are pursuing or hold degrees/diplomas in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Film, Mass Communication, or similar disciplines.
Strong portfolios or showreels showcasing 2D animation, motion graphics, character animation, or visual storytelling will be favored.
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or comparable software at basic to intermediate level is advantageous.
Understanding of core animation principles, composition, storytelling, typography, color theory, and visual design is appreciated.
Experience creating short-form content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, or digital ads is a plus.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Creativity, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and capacity for independent work are important traits.

Compensation and Benefits

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹4000 to ₹10000, which includes a fixed component of ₹2000–4000 and incentives up to ₹6000. Upon successful transition to a permanent position, the salary range is expected between ₹220000 and ₹240000 annually.
