About
Mendipathar College is the pioneer and the only institution of higher learning in the entire North Garo Hills District of Meghalaya. It was established with the primary objective of providing higher education to socially backward sections of society, in general, and the Garo community, in particular. The college aims to spread higher education to economically and educationally backward sections of society, especially Scheduled Tribes.
