UX / UI Designer

About the Role

We are searching for a skilled UX / UI Designer to drive the design and ongoing enhancement of a sophisticated digital platform. This position is focused on crafting intuitive, user-friendly, and visually coherent experiences for web-based products and operational interfaces. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and business teams is essential to convert user needs and functional specs into effective and clear designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all UX/UI design tasks across various digital products and platform functionalities.
• Transform business goals and user needs into user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design goals are understood and technically achievable.
• Lead user research, usability testing, and feedback collection to identify usability issues and iteratively enhance the experience.
• Create straightforward and intuitive interfaces for complex workflows, data-intensive screens, and operational tasks.
• Develop and sustain design systems, UI elements, and visual guidelines.
• Produce interactive prototypes to confirm concepts prior to development.
• Maintain design consistency across products, platforms, and user pathways.
• Provide support to developers during implementation and verify final interfaces against approved designs.
• Promote continuous advancements in design workflows, accessibility standards, and overall product user-friendliness.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years professional experience in UX/UI design, especially within digital products, software platforms, or enterprise applications.
• Proficient with Figma and contemporary UX/UI design software.
• Demonstrable ability to develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed interface designs.
• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design, usability principles, and interaction design.
• Experience with designing interfaces involving complex user workflows or data-heavy displays.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in Agile software development teams.
• Well-versed in design systems and creating reusable UI components.
• Effective at interpreting business and functional requirements into seamless user experiences.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Fluent in professional English.
• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
• Available to start immediately or within one month’s notice.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in designing enterprise software, SaaS solutions, or operational platforms.
• Familiarity with real-time dashboard interfaces, workflow-centric platforms, or monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of responsive design techniques and accessibility standards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
