Job Overview

Currently hiring Utility Workers at the Grottoes, Virginia location.

Compensation and Schedule

• Starting wage begins at $20.49 per hour, with weekly pay disbursement.
• Eligibility for annual and skill-based wage increases.
• Monthly bonuses based on plant productivity.
• Shift hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, rotating quarterly to 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Work schedule follows a 2x2x3 rotation pattern.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of workspaces, machinery, tools, and equipment.
• Adhere strictly to plant safety policies and operational guidelines.
• Perform additional assigned tasks as required.
• Work any assigned shift reliably and demonstrate consistent work attendance.
• Exercise dependable judgment and strictly follow safety protocols.

Candidate Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; additional related training of 1-3 months is advantageous.
• Possess good mechanical aptitude.
• Capable of operating and handling an overhead crane.
• Physically able to stand or walk most of the workday.
• Regularly able to lift or move up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable climbing and working at heights up to 16 feet.
• Able to stand on concrete surfaces throughout shift durations.
