Role Overview
The Talent Management Manager will play a strategic role in supporting Middle East Talent Management initiatives and core HR projects. This position involves overseeing leadership development and assessment programs, managing talent data and HR systems, and partnering with HR and Center of Excellence teams to drive talent growth and development. Key stakeholders include Division HRVPs, HR Business Partners, senior leaders, and HR operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute comprehensive employee lifecycle programs such as leadership assessments, 360-feedback, functional evaluations, and leadership coaching.
- Coordinate and communicate project activities related to top talent programs.
- Deliver talent advisory support by engaging with senior business and HR leaders to organize executive sessions, manage talent data, and oversee new talent projects.
- Drive data-informed decision-making by effectively utilizing PepsiCo assessments and insights while balancing competing business priorities.
- Manage multiple workstreams with competing priorities and shifting timelines through proactive planning.
- Provide thought leadership to support the Talent Management leadership in developing strategic talent agendas.
- Support talent planning processes by maintaining talent data files, assisting in project management, and contributing to various talent initiatives.
- Conduct research to support client interventions and inform leadership decisions.
- Collect, review, and analyze talent and organizational data to identify trends and deliver strategic insights through presentations and reports.
- Interact with HR systems including MyP&D for talent data input and report management.
- Ensure seamless integration of programs and processes by collaborating with TMCI and TMOD teams.
- Build strong partnerships with corporate COE and sector talent management teams to ensure alignment.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to influence stakeholders and foster collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Over 8 years of relevant experience in talent management or related HR functions.
- Highly motivated with exceptional communication, influencing, and follow-up capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead and influence diverse audiences across multiple levels.
- Experience working effectively with global and local teams to achieve objectives.
- Strong analytical and research skills; familiarity with statistical software considered an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent problem-solving and gap analysis skills.
- Detail-oriented communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-driven professional with ability to work independently without close supervision.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency in task completion.
