About the Role
An AI infrastructure company based in Dublin is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic vision and execution of its enterprise privacy and AI governance platform. This position requires overseeing the product roadmap that harmonizes AI, data governance, and enterprise SaaS demands, translating complex regulatory and enterprise requirements into actionable product strategies, and collaborating closely with Engineering and Design teams for impactful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quarterly product roadmaps in line with overall business goals.
- Assess and prioritize features considering customer benefit, business impact, and technical constraints.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analyses to guide product development direction.
- Create detailed user stories and define acceptance criteria based on enterprise privacy and AI governance needs.
- Maintain a prioritized, structured backlog to steer product development efficiently.
- Lead MVP launches with iterative improvements driven by user feedback and data analytics.
- Collaborate with Engineering on system architecture decisions and technical compromises.
- Work alongside Design teams to craft user-friendly enterprise solutions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to ensure alignment on product priorities.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics to validate assumptions and guide continuous enhancement.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum five years of experience in Product Management within B2B or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated success delivering intricate products from conceptualization to launch.
- Hands-on experience developing AI or large language model-powered products in live production settings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI implementation.
- Technical proficiency with APIs, system integrations, and distributed architectures.
- Experience engaging with enterprise clients with a focus on security and regulatory compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with privacy regulations like GDPR or CCPA.
- Background in data governance, consent management, or identity management solutions.
- Exposure to fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong capabilities in product analytics.
- Technical foundation enabling deep collaboration with engineering teams.
