Senior Data Analyst

Job Family and Travel Requirements

Position belongs to the EBO Management Information System job family focused on operations within India. This role does not involve travel obligations or require security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract data from both primary and secondary origins, maintaining the integrity of databases and associated systems.
• Identify and analyze patterns or trends emerging from complex datasets.
• Perform data cleansing and review computer generated reports to detect and correct coding or data errors.
• Collaborate with management to align data projects with business goals and priorities.
• Spot and propose enhancements to current processes for improved efficiency.
• Apply statistical methodologies to analyze data and develop actionable insights supporting business decisions.
• Work alongside leadership to assess and prioritize resource needs across various departments.
• Create and maintain data visualization tools including dashboards and charts to facilitate decision-making across teams.
• Present analytical findings clearly via written reports and visual presentations.
• Engage department managers to define specific data needs for tailored analysis to meet unique operational requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Information Technology, Analytics, or related domains.
• At least three years of practical experience in data analysis and reporting functions.
• Well-grounded knowledge of statistics and proficient use of analytical software tools such as Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in compiling, organizing, and interpreting large and complex datasets accurately.
• Ability to critically assess data to generate meaningful and actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for simplifying complex data insights for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools including PowerApps and Power Automate to support process automation.
• Experience building SQL queries and performing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) operations.
• Background in using Python for automating processes, manipulating, and analyzing data.
