Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Concept Architect to join our Dubai office. This key role involves leading the creation and enhancement of innovative architectural concepts that align with strategic business goals and provide competitive advantage. The role requires visionary and analytical skills to translate intricate business requirements into scalable architectural solutions, while mentoring junior professionals and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and communicate comprehensive architectural concepts and strategic frameworks that support organizational goals and seize market opportunities.
• Analyze complex business and technical needs to discover innovative design solutions and architectural patterns.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops and design discussions with stakeholders to collect feedback, validate concepts, and foster consensus on architectural directions.
• Produce in-depth architectural documentation including conceptual models, design specifications, and implementation plans.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior architects and design staff encouraging innovation and continual improvement.
• Assess emerging technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices to enhance architectural approaches.
• Effectively present architectural strategies and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
• Oversee the translation of architectural concepts from design to execution, ensuring adherence to initial vision and quality standards.
• Work closely with program managers, technical leads, and business partners to maintain architectural consistency across projects.
• Conduct architecture evaluations to identify optimization areas and manage technical debt.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related discipline is required; Master’s Degree is preferred.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in architectural or computational design or equivalent related roles.
• Advanced skills in Rhino and Grasshopper for parametric and generative design techniques.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for creating visualizations and presentation materials.
