Job Summary
This full-time position focuses on Salesforce Service Cloud development and implementation. The role is based in Chennai with potential involvement Pan India. Candidates must be experienced and bring a strong background in Salesforce technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Salesforce Service Cloud solutions aligned with organizational needs.
- Customize and configure Service Cloud modules such as Cases, Queues, Entitlements, Milestones, Knowledge Base, and Omni-Channel features.
- Create tailored applications using Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Salesforce Flows.
- Develop and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and external third-party systems.
- Collect and analyze business requirements to build scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
- Leverage automation tools including Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes to enhance workflows.
- Assist with data migration efforts, enhance data integrity, and support system upgrades.
- Resolve production incidents and optimize platform reliability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with business users, solution architects, and interdisciplinary teams to meet project goals.
- Engage actively in Agile development practices including daily stand-ups, code reviews, and deployment procedures.
Additional Information
This role requires candidates to attend a walk-in interview event scheduled from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on August 26 at Chennai SNR. Candidates should bring a current resume, a passport-sized photograph, and photocopy of any government-issued ID.
Eligibility
Open to any graduate with five or more years of relevant experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development and implementation.
