Job Overview
This role involves hands-on field sales activities assigned to promote JSW Paints products. The associate will be specifically linked to a dealer and tasked with expanding product visibility, persuading customers, and developing business by approaching potential buyers directly at sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assigned to a dealer for branded paint promotion.
- Engage in on-site visits to clients and construction locations.
- Conduct product pitches to generate interest and leads.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Establish and nurture relationships with contractors and builders.
- Provide daily sales updates and maintain timely reporting.
