Role overview
We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to support a client on a full-time basis. This position is fully remote and open to candidates working from anywhere. The work centers on finding, assessing, and recommending strong candidates for open roles, while helping to run the hiring process from start to finish across different business functions.
Compensation
The pay range for this role is $15 to $20 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Find potential candidates using job portals, social platforms, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and carry out first-round interviews to judge suitability and team fit.
- Arrange interviews between applicants and hiring teams, and keep the process moving through follow-ups.
- Update candidate information and recruitment activity accurately in the applicant tracking system.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and improve job descriptions and role expectations.
Required skills and qualifications
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and candidate placement.
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting software.
- Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to handle several open roles at once while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfort using job boards, recruiter tools, and advanced Boolean search methods.
