Shubham Enterprises invites applications for the role of Mechanical Engineer at their Upnagar site in Nashik. This position calls for a proactive and accountable individual capable of collaborating closely with Senior Engineers in managing project-related engineering duties and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating mechanical projects to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), calculate material requirements, and compile relevant reports.
• Develop and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), project documentation, and record-keeping.
• Serve as a liaison with vendors, suppliers, and site teams to facilitate project needs.
• Track material needs, monitor project progress, and oversee manpower status updates.
• Support the creation and verification of AutoCAD drawings and technical documents.
• Manage project data and reporting efficiently using MS Excel.
• Assist in procurement processes and maintain vendor communication to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Work under the supervision of Senior Engineers, accepting responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Perform other related engineering and coordination activities as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Diploma, BE, or B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Possesses 0–2 years of experience in mechanical or project-related roles; fresh graduates with robust technical understanding are encouraged to apply.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is essential.
• Exhibits effective communication and coordination skills.
• Demonstrates capability in report preparation and maintaining project documentation.
• Shows eagerness to learn, assume responsibility, and collaborate within a team environment.
• Preference given to candidates residing in Nashik or nearby regions.
