Applicants should have a passion for visual storytelling and social media trends to create engaging videos that captivate audiences and enhance lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce professionally edited videos tailored for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Develop videos showcasing property walkthroughs, promotional material, client testimonials, and branding narratives.
• Integrate elements such as motion graphics, smooth transitions, captions, animations, background music, and sound effects.
• Design visually appealing content consistent with the CityPlots brand identity.
• Work closely with the marketing team to strategize and implement content schedules.
• Transform longer videos into multiple bite-sized social media clips.
• Adapt video output to optimize for various social media formats and requirements.
• Keep abreast of current video editing techniques, AI-driven editing tools, and evolving social media trends.

Required Skills

• Intermediate to advanced skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Proven experience producing content like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong grasp of storytelling principles, pacing, and visual layout.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and color correction basics.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet strict deadlines.
