Inventory Associate / Data Entry Operator

Role Overview

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Associate / Data Entry Operator to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role involves managing inventory data through counting goods, conducting stock verification, and accurately entering data into Excel and paper records. As a Store & Challan Coordinator, you will ensure smooth store operations with precise and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Counting inventory items accurately to maintain stock records
• Performing data entry tasks both on Excel spreadsheets and paper documents
• Coordinating activities related to store and challan (delivery and receipt documents)
• Conducting regular stock verification to ensure data integrity
• Preparing detailed and accurate reports on inventory status

Requirements

• Proficiency in handling stock and inventory counting procedures
• Good command of Excel for data entry and management
• Ability to coordinate store documentation such as challans
• Highly attentive to detail and capable of generating precise reports

Compensation and Additional Information

The position offers a salary range between 8000 to 16000 INR per month.
