About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Full-stack Developer to join our team at Ag-Cropchem Private Limited based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. This role involves building and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Create dynamic and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and contemporary JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Develop server-side logic and applications utilizing programming languages including Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby to build reliable APIs and services.
- Design, implement, and manage databases—both relational (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB)—to enable efficient data handling and storage.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs on both client and server sides to ensure smooth operation.
- Enhance application speed, scalability, and security by applying optimization techniques and enforcing data protection measures.
- Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team comprising product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineers, utilizing Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Maintain codebase using Git version control systems and contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
