Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Field Installation Engineer to join our team on an offroll employment basis. This role primarily involves fiber installation and providing excellent customer service, alongside resolving technical problems encountered by customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install fiber optic network components at customer sites efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver professional and responsive service to customers during installation processes.
- Identify and resolve technical issues faced by customers related to fiber installations.
- Operate within designated locations including Bommanahalli, BTM/Kormangala, and JP Nagar 7th phase areas.
Additional Information
This position requires physical presence at client locations within Bengaluru, Karnataka. Candidates should be prepared to work within the specified localities to meet customer needs.
